Is there parking at Tri Wellness? When turning into the premises we are an immediate right (in front of the Hungry Horse!). We have a handful of spaces at the front of our premises but if there aren't any spaces, please park at the back (Hungry Horse car park). So instead of turning immediately right just carry on straight and you will see the big space to park.

If I have medical issues who do I need to speak to?When you sign up, you will be asked a series of health questions. There are multiple sections whereby you can tell us about any medical issues. When you arrive at your first session your instructor will also ask you further about these problems if any.
-
I can no longer attend my session or class, who do I contact?First of all, don’t worry! Life can get busy and things can pop up. We like to ask for 12 hours' notice if you can’t attend a class. You can manage your sessions in your Team Up account. If there is a reason why you have to cancel late just send us an email!
